The work behind the workflow.
Reporting and document-processing workflows required substantial manual work. Computing final quotes took about 10 hours before automation. The portal supported reporting operations for more than 30 member banks.

Where I contributed.
I owned development and maintenance of the portal during my time as a Fullstack Developer at FMDQ. I worked with operations and compliance teams to translate their requirements into production software.

What I built.
Automating computation
I developed automation for reporting and document-processing workflows, including the feature that reduced final quote computation to roughly 20 minutes.
Controlling access
I built secure file-upload pipelines and session-based authorization to support the portal's operational requirements.
Making operations observable
I introduced telemetry to improve observability and produced technical documentation to support knowledge sharing and system continuity.

What changed.
- Final quote computation reduced from 10 hours to roughly 20 minutes.
- Reported human errors decreased following automation, improving reliability and accuracy.
